2023 promises to be a point of no return.  We will either stand tall for principles we know to be true or will die as a nation of free people.

We are entering 2023 with a sense of pessimism and foreboding that would have been considered unthinkable for Americans a few decades ago.  Our world has changed in ways that few people can comprehend, much less have the ability to understand.  Over a period of 235 years, the United States has “fundamentally transformed” from a constitutional republic, to a democratic republic, to a socialist republic, to a socialist technocracy, and are nearing the final phase, a Marxist/globalist/feudalist technocracy.

Guest: Elias Alias – Writer, Editor and advocate for enlightened, constitutional self-government.  He was a founding member of the Oathkeepers organization in 2009, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Senior Writer and Editor of the Oathkeeper's Newsletter and Website during the first 7 years of the organization.  Elias's latest accomplishment is a novel/political expose called: OATH KEEPERS: TARGETED RED that is a must read for all Americans who believe in our constitutional republic and want to understand the meaning of the oath to protect and defend it against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Guest: David Sumrall – created StopHate in 1992 as a result of the L.A. Riots to bridge the divide and bring peace and healing, through educating people of the division supported by the media, with a focus on communication and community.  His latest project is promoting a book called THE AMERICAN GULAG CHRONICLES – Letters From Prison, a fundraising effort for the prisoners and families of the Jan. 6 persecution.  David's website, StopHate.com also encourages and supports citizen journalism on a grand scale.

In other words, we have transformed from a government of, by, and for the people to a government of, by, and for bureaucrats, globalists and a political class that exert steadily increasing absolute control over every human action and who are about to abdicate that control to a world oligarchy controlled by God knows who!  And, despite what the proponents of socialism contend, socialism never gets less controlling and beneficial to mankind.

Socialism is only one step away from communism, and communism is the natural maturation of fully realized socialism.  You cannot control all human activity with warm and fuzzy emotions.  Control implies power and the more power we give, the more power demanded by those in control.

As we have explored on previous podcasts, Columbia University became the epicenter of Bolshevism in America, training generations of “Marxist intellectuals” in the fine art of communist indoctrination in colleges and universities nationwide.  Columbia trained the teachers that trained the teachers that trained the teachers until our entire culture was immersed in radicalized Marxist/communist ideology.

Richard A. Cloward and Francis Fox Piven were part of the Columbia University intelligentsia that became the third generation of Frankfurt School trained Marxists influencing public education nationwide.

The 1950s and 60s were a time of turmoil in America, with communist influences throughout society in Hollywood, the press, politics and academia.  Anyone sounding the alarm was called a McCarthyite or Bircher, and although communist influences were everywhere, a well orchestrated propaganda campaign very effectively silenced anyone in opposition to the very subtle but steady communist takeover of all American institutions of higher learning.

Marxist trainers became very adept at hiding in plain sight; cloaking their extremist Bolshevik/Marxist ideology in warm and fuzzy terminology that claimed to guarantee an equal opportunity for all, and prosperity for the poor.

The modern term is “social equity or social justice”.  They failed to mention that their Marxist ideas guaranteed a reduced standard of living for all because it took incentive away from the forward thinking and ambitious willing to sacrifice in the short term to gain in the long term.  In effect, it took an ever increasing percentage from the productive in society and gave it to those that had learned to live off a rapidly expanding welfare state.

In 1966 Piven & Cloward produced a thesis called “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” which was printed in The Nation, a left wing U.S. magazine funded by international communist groups.  Although the title of the thesis sounded fairly harmless, it was anything but.  It was based on a strategy of replacing our U.S. free market financial system that was anchored in personal responsibility and minimal government intrusion, with an enormous welfare state created in a Marxist utopian social model.

It would sell the idea of universal basic income for all, and would pit entire classes of people against one another in an attempt to segregate our homogenous pro-American culture into many conflicting factions, with the ultimate goal of ending American sovereignty and bringing us into a collectivist world political/economic system.

Sadly, that is exactly what has happened over the past 60+ years.  Their plan worked so effectively that 5 of the past 6 U.S. Presidents worked tirelessly to cement the socialist programs that will soon end our great experiment in liberty and bring us into their new world socialist order.

Any real attempts to arrest this socialist/Marxist drift have met with derision and threats from the well entrenched social change agents in positions of power throughout society. That includes a rapidly expanding segment of law enforcement, national security, and jurists at the highest echelons of the federal estate.

Communist programs of re-education have nearly destroyed the last best hope for liberty; the United States of America.  Although we have waited far too long, classic liberal education and exposing the totalitarian lunacy of Leftists can save humanity from a very grim future of cradle to grave control.

Cock roaches and fascists/Marxists run from exposure to the light of day.  Very bad ideas founded in fantasy and wishful thinking fare poorly in the real world, especially when tested against ideas that actually work.  Although true free markets and personal responsibility have gotten a very black eye because of crony capitalists at the highest levels of government and industry, their peculiar blend of fascism and globalism has no greater place in American society than the Marxism that it surreptitiously supports.

It's high time for thoughtful Americans to admit that we have been duped by academic legends that gained credit for brilliance that was never deserved.  Spending one's entire life in academic cloister with a group of narrow minded Marxist ideologues that have never produced anything of real value, is no testament to intellectual or academic excellence.
