This means of silencing opposition to illegality was reserved for totalitarian countries and places where individual rights are non-existent. Using lawfare to silence opponents is an age old technique for tyrants controlling government resources to avoid the hangman's noose for their illegal acts against their subjects.
If you control the media, control the courts, control the government bureaucracy and fill our universities with Frankfurt School acolytes; being able to outmaneuver any opposition to “fundamentally transform” our once great republic from a bastion of freedom under rule of law to a land of absolute control under despotic leadership becomes fait accompli.
If you think this “conspiracy theory” is a bit over the top, think about all the people being silenced today through unblushing use of lawfare; from J6ers to former presidents and anti-vaxxers.
Those not wealthy beyond most people's ability, are being censored and denied their rights of free speech by a taxpayer funded unlimited goverment leviathan that controls the legal framework of the JUST-US lawfare system in place today.
Although this lawfare dynamic has been in gradual transition for more than a century, it accelerated exponentially over the past 37 years; being thrown into hyper-drive by President Obama and his 3rd term sock puppet China Joe Obiden.
Although many Americans saw Barack Obama as a real hope to unify Americans and put an end to the military industrial complex imbedded into our infrastructure since the Second World War, “fundamentally transforming” America turned out to be something quite undesirable because of Obama's radical ideology.
Although the election of Barack Obama as the first black President should have proved Americans were the most open and least racist society in the world, Obama used his bully pulpit to fracture, insult, and divide America in ways not experienced since the Civil War.
Obama's demonstrably Marxist roots were well concealed by a complicit mainstream media during two election campaigns, but became more clear as time went by and he made appointments to top staff and administrative positions in his cabinet.
What was marketed as the most inclusive and transparent administration ever, quickly morphed into the least transparent and openly divisive administration in history, staffed at many levels with people openly hostile to all notions of American exceptionalism and free market capitalism.
Leadership positions within our intelligence services and federal law enforcement agencies were filled with Obama's Marxist fellow travelers that would fail any legitimate background checks if honest efforts were made. Class warfare and anti-white racism took on a whole new intensity under his “progressive” administration.
Years of slow walking America into a socialist/technocratic New World Order under George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama were meant to come to fruition under a two term Hillary Clinton Administration; culminating in openly global governance by 2025.
It was all preplanned and accepted as fact until the “America First” candidate named Donald J.Trump won the 2016 Presidential election when Americans turned out to vote in such record numbers that even a massive disinformation campaign and fraudulent election effort using the CIA's Hammer and Scorecard software was stymied by sheer numbers.
Trump won in 2016 and thereafter the question became: what can be done to short circuit and stop him from exposing and ending the transition to One World Government during his time in office, and how might they limit him to one term.
Under Trump's presidency Globalism was slowed by years. These setbacks put the fear of God into the Uniparty Globalist Cabal.
They had to get rid of Trump and his supporters regardless the political fallout, making the 2020 Presidential (s)Election the most openly dishonest and fraudulent in U.S. history.
Thousands of eye-witness accounts of blatant election fraud were swept under the rug, and anyone questioning the election results were labeled as election deniers and domestic terrorists by the Mockingbird Media and uniparty political hacks.
On January 6, 2021 more than a million Americans came together in Washington DC to support President Trump, going there to exercise their clearly protected constitutional right to petition Congress for redress of grievance, requesting an investigation into the election anomalies surrounding the 2020 Presidential election, before certification.
The subsequent events have become a black eye for the FBI, D.C. Police and the American Just-Us system under the Obiden Administration.
This is not only contemptable, it is an open display of contempt for the U.S. Constitution and free speech guarantees under rule of law. This open display of totalitarianism could never have existed in a free republic.
Will we see a return to honest elections?
It's unlikely if the American people fail to do their duty and demand the reforms needed to return elections to legal citizens with valid I.Ds, voted on hand marked paper ballots, hand counted and confirmed at the precinct level.
Computer voting was recognized more than 30 years ago by the original software designers as infinitely hackable and recognized election advisors of both political parties have called for election reforms and limiting vote-by-mail decades ago.
To ignore this sage advice is to embrace fraud with open arms.
Let's put America back in the hands of sane adults and elected officials worthy of the title “duly elected constitutional leaders”.
We can have honest and fair elections, but not without effort. The place to start is by placing people of integrity into elective office; statesmen like Nate Cain.
