At times humor is the only way to point out the absurdity of living in a world run by professional politicians and the puppet masters pulling the strings…
Connecting the Dots Audio
Sometimes the only way to fight absurdity is to point at it and laugh. In this episode, Jericho Green joins Dan Happel to take aim at political hypocrisy, cultural contradictions, and the slow march of collectivist ideology into every corner of American life. With biting humor and a dose of common sense, Jericho shows how comedy can be a form of cultural self-defense. https://www.youtube.com/c/JerichoGreen1/videos
Connecting the dots
…Sometimes the only way to deal with the insanity going on in the world around us is to point out the ridiculousness of the situation and find funny ways to highlight the levels of stupidity, turning them into talking points that make fun of it all.
It takes a special talent to find the humor in events that might otherwise make us cry. At the heart of this talent is an emotion called a sense of irony.
That's an emotion studiously driven out of the leftist mentality by Marxist academics and fellow travelers that fail to see anything ironic about claiming to represent the best interests of the common man as you destroy their right to exist as free people. Kind of ironic don't you think?
Collectivists see life in general as a human tragedy that can only be made better by their constant tinkering as the enlightened, uniquely gifted, people that inherently know all the answers long before they've heard the questions. Some might call that hubris, but the limousine liberals and Trotskyist neocons refer to that as their mission to save mankind from their inherent stupidity and lack of political sophistication.
Like I said, some of us might call that HUBRIS.
Have you marveled at the level of acceptance of complete nonsense the average American will accept when coming from the mouths of high I.Q. nitwits and Lib-Tard sociopaths, just because they have 2 or 3 advanced degrees, or hold a highly touted government or corporate position?
Having spent the last 75 years observing assorted academics, professional politicians and bureaucrats, I am amazed at the level of control that these misfits have over the clueless, and marvel even more that they have gained power despite the major gaffes that should have long ago sent them to prison.
Politics is filled with the most unusual dichotomy of underachievers and overachievers known to man.
The underachievers are attracted to government because they can can make a considerably higher salary and benefits than in the private sector and can do it without working nearly as hard……….plus they have the added benefit of early retirement with a fat pension and being nearly impossible to get rid of when they screw up.
On the other hand, many type A personalities in elected or appointed office are not intellectually gifted, but have an amazing ability to suck up to people that can advance their political carrier or help them to deceive voters and somehow get away with it, often with enough skeletons in their closet to fill a graveyard.
It seems that the more ruthless and corrupt they are, the more likely that they will climb the ladder of success; primarily because they know how to play the game and have no scruples about playing dirty when it serves their self interest.
The Power Elite seek and groom people like this because they are easy to blackmail or buy off and thus………….are easy to control.
That an entire professional political class are successful in getting elected and re-elected virtually forever becomes a testament to the level of detachment and cognitive dissonance that is the norm with average Americans caught up in the rat race of life.
If Americans would stand back and look at the gigantic mess that we're in with fully opened eyes, they would realize that only the rats are winning that race, in a big way.
America is being steam-rolled into globalist oblivion, yet we continue to follow the very people that have orchestrated our destruction.
Why? Because they are celebrated academics, financially successful businessmen, highly positioned in government, control mainstream media, or any number of questionable reasons that allow the fleecing to continue.
Like moths attracted to the flame, we just keep following the same sociopaths that got us here in the first place.
Moreover, we do it with a disconnect from reality that has been carefully honed by the Power Elite and their useful idiots occupying many of the most important government, academic, media and corporate positions that will profit from our destruction.
I know that there are also very well meaning folks that are liberal and feel that the world is unjust and must be reorganized around fairness and social justice for all that always requires the redistribution of wealth…usually ours, not theirs.
These folks are the useful idiots that have been the cannon fodder of totalitarians and Marxists for many centuries. They mean well, but lack the common sense and real life experiences to overpower their self imposed naivety.
Few have ever had to run a business or meet a payroll, frequently groomed within the government sector or academia where they were sheltered from the reality of free markets and personal responsibility. They are trained to become useful idiots.
That's why we must find the most humorous way to point out the absurdity of the situation, using irony and common sense to carry out a mutiny against this ship of fools before they take us to the bottom with them.
