Family patriarch and mob bookkeeper/bootlegger, Joseph P. Kennedy's relationship with Chicago Mayor Richard Daley and the New York/Chicago Mob were instrumental in “fixing” the 1960 Presidential Election that swung the razor thin margin of victory from Richard Nixon to his eldest living son, John F. (Jack) Kennedy. Consequently, there was an “understanding” that JFK would turn a blind eye to Organized Crime, and would support the overthrow of Castro; returning Fulgencio Batista to power in Cuba, thereby restoring Mafia control of gambling, narcotics, and prostitution that had thrived during the pre-Castro, Bastista era. Joseph P. Kennedy's stroke and paralysis in 1961 ended any meaningful communication between his son and organized crime benefactors, opening the door to a very different relationship than previously anticipated by the mob.
One of JFK's first presidential appointments was making his younger brother Robert (Bobby) U.S. Attorney General. Together; Bobby & Jack ignored any supposed Mafia fealty, making organized crime a primary target of federal law enforcement. The RFK authorized kidnapping and illegal deportation of New Orleans mob boss Carlos Marcello, unceremoniously dropped into a Central American jungle to fend for himself, ended any sense of truce between the Kennedy's and organized crime. Following the disastrous Bay of Pigs fiasco and unsuccessful CIA and Pentagon efforts to draw JFK into an all out (possibly even nuclear) war against Castro and the Soviets, Kennedy fired CIA Chief Allen Dulles; threatening to break the “Agency” into a thousand pieces. The combination of these actions signed President John F. Kennedy's death warrant in 1963 and made Robert Kennedy an assassination target when he suggested reopening the JFK assassination files early in his 1968 presidential campaign.
This is the story of famous intrepid reporter, media icon, fearless truth seeker, and JFK friend, Dorothy Kilgallen and her relentless eighteen month investigation to uncover the truth behind the JFK assassination. Her determination to expose the real murderers and the larger assassination network, ultimately led to her own murder as she neared the point of public disclosure. Her investigation into the government's factually challenged Lee Harvey Oswald “single shooter” thesis and her subsequent coverage of the trial of Jack (Rubenstein) Ruby, a strip club owner with connections to the Dallas Police and the Marcello/ Civello/Campisi crime families led her down a long and twisted road that made her question the viability of American justice, and to eventually fear for her own life.
Like all good false flag assassinations, a fall guy was found and groomed into the role of a social misfit, lone wolf assassin. Lee Harvey Oswald; a CIA errand boy connected to the New Orleans Marcello crime family through his uncle Dutz and groomed by the CIA as a KGB double agent in Russia, not only knew Jack (Rubenstein) Ruby, they were friends as witnessed on several occassions by Judith Vary Baker who was brought to New Orleans as a cancer research prodigy to work on cancer pathogens with noted Cancer Research Doctor Mary Sherman in the summer of 1963. There she met and became lovers with Lee Oswald while working with Dr. Ochsner, Dr. Mary Sherman, and David Ferry to develop a special variant of Turbo Cancer that could be easily transmitted to humans; with the specific stated purpose of infecting and killing Fidel Castro. According to Baker, Lee Oswald became almost paranoid because he felt for at least the last six weeks of his life that he was being set up to become the CIA's fall guy in a plot to assassinate President Kennedy.
On a trip to New Orleans 6 weeks before her own murder, Dorothy Kilgallen might have connected some of the dots that tied Oswald, Ruby, the CIA, FBI, Dallas Police, LBJ, Texas Mafia and Marcello crime family into a conspiracy to kill JFK. We will never know because her copious JFK Assassination File notes mysteriously disappeared and were never returned by the black suited men claiming to be FBI that showed up and “cleaned” the files from her townhouse within hours of her death.
Only with the recently released JFK Assassination autopsy and other confidential records are some of the puzzle pieces coming together to paint a much different picture of the actual events as they happened at Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. As the inconsistencies are exposed, each one becomes more obvious than the one before. There are too many things that don't add up and the “lone gunman” conclusions of the Warren Commission are an obvious coverup of a much larger and more complex conspiracy to murder President John F. Kennedy.
Clearly, the Warren Commission members were hand picked by President Lyndon Johnson and FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover to obfuscate factual evidence and paint a false reality for the American people. It is time to learn the truth and come to terms with the level of corruption that has infiltrated and controlled the highest echelons of the American Body Politic for more than a century. When American Presidents can be assassinated with impunity, we are living in a system that must be changed….NOW not LATER!
