Most are directly connected to policies developed on an international level over the past 60 years by radical environmental groups tied to cultural Marxist ideologues in academia and government; increasingly funded by tax exempt international foundations and corporate oligarchs.

Descheemaeker is a Senior Research Associate and Policy Analyst specializing in federal and local government administrative procedures, land and natural resource policymaking, local governmental relations, and program management. Nathan is also an accomplished musician and a self taught theologian with a love for the classics. Nathan has worked with local governments to identify and challenge attacks on small farm and ranch operations facing increased pressure and regulation by forces and groups outside of Montana, and many times outside of the United States.

Their goal has changed very little over the years……….take all non-corporate private landholdings away from individuals and place them in the public estate or in corporate hands. Using irreversible destruction of the environment as a catalyst to advance impossibly vague administrative rules and faulty science, they have sold the world on an ideological agenda promoting collectivism. By advancing this agenda over a long timeframe, few rural Americans realized the extent of their losses until it was really too late to fight back. Those who chose to fight back were labeled as anti-government extremists and overwhelmed by mountains of rules and regulations being enforced by the administrative state; mostly placed there by ideological special interest groups (NGOs) acting as expert advisors to lazy D.C. bureaucrats.
Although many courts give agency rules undue latitude; when in direct conflict with U.S. Code and Congressional mandates, bureaucratic rules cannot be allowed to trump rule of law……period. Public/private (fascistic) partnerships have taken over many functions of government and make up an increasingly acrid pool in the D.C. swamp known as the Deep State. Although some would try to convince you that Fascism is far right on the government spectrum and communism is on the far left, they are opposite sides of the same coin and only differ in that Fascism is National Socialism and Communism is International Socialism………………they are both socialism, period, and both far left!!
The time to go along and get along with Deep State Federal bureaucrats is at an end. Local governments and County Commissioners must realize that their tax base and constituency is rapidly disappearing as more and more private land is transferred to the public domain. As government grows, it becomes less efficient, more wasteful and less capable of providing basic services.
Our National Forests and Public Lands are a disgrace from lack of responsible management. As radical environmentalism has shut down most public lands timber harvesting, forests have become overgrown tinderboxes for catastrophic wildfires. Forest Service road closures prevent active management and stop local fire departments from responding before fires are beyond control.
Radical Environmentalists are using loopholes in our tax code to gain unlimited funding and undue influence in governmental programs. Lazy federal bureaucrats actively seek public/private partnerships to lessen their workload and to hide from personal responsibility for controversial decisions………..in other words; they are more than willing to pass the buck to “Experts” that are seldom more than underqualified zealots of U.N. Agenda 21/2030.
The time is nigh for rural Americans to realize the levels of influence that radical environmental extremists hold over government decision makers. The Green New Deal is the Red Old Deal wrapped in a false cloak of selflessness. The tools are there to stop the destruction of private property if we are willing to band together and support those willing to run the gauntlet. As private property goes, so goes the future of humanity.
