The ongoing conflicts and killing in the Middle East must end for the sake of humanity, but is it even possible?
My friend Mark Sutherland from the UK just returned from a two week fact finding trip to Israel, Palestine and Jordan. His goal was to conduct interviews and see first hand the reality of life in an area that has been in continual conflict in one form or another for most of the 20th Century and the entire first quarter of the 21st Century.

Wisdom is an attribute that is supposed to come from observation and personal experience. The gift of discernment is also God given as a way to look past the advice of “experts” and the many organs of propaganda called Mainstream Media.
Reality is usually something quite different than what we are fed by special interests with specific agendas that shape public opinion. There is nothing quite as good as being there and seeing in person what actual conditions surround the events in the news.
Can there ever be peace in the Middle East……and why does it always seem to be such an unachievable goal?
After all, didn't the American Government spend nearly every day since 9/11/2001 in a vain attempt to eradicate terrorism and bring “democracy” to the Middle East only to waste many thousands of lives and 9+ trillion American dollars.
Haven't we in fact made Ugly Americans even uglier by trying to impose our will, culture, and Western values on a theocratic culture that just wanted us to mind our own business and not take sides.
Didn't our Founding Fathers warn us not to become embroiled in international treaties, and to live peaceably with all; forming alliances with none.
Moreover; what are the goals of those behind the scenes that seem so adept at gaining great wealth and power by fomenting perpetual conflict yet are so unfazed by the death, destruction, and suffering that multiplies with each passing day.
As Christian men and women of faith and compassion, what are we to believe with our own lying eyes? Sometimes the truth is a very bitter pill to swallow, but that's why God commanded us to love thy neighbor; blessing us with intellectual curiosity and the gift of discernment.
The multigenerational hatred that underlies this seemingly never ending conflict must be looked at with the eyes of someone seeking objective truth.
Life should be a learning experience that might become quite uncomfortable as we seek to understand how we fell into the trap of believing in political leaders, Marxist academics, mainstream media, and international financiers with a clearly vested interest in achieving control over society.
As I've stated many times; with God's blessing every day we learn something new that changes the way we perceive the world.
That means reading, researching and seeking the first hand observations of trusted friends and others like us that are continually searching for answers to the meaning of life and seeking to understand the sanctity of the human soul.
To do that we must accept our role as the children of a loving God by committing our soul to Jesus Christ and rejecting the idea of a vengeful, destructive God.
All people should have the right to live without fear for the lives of their families regardless their nationality, skin color, religious beliefs, social or economic status; as long as they respect the rights and property of others.
Military, racial, and religious conflict has become normative behavior for a global elite that thrive on control and genocide to stay in power. It's time to end that dynamic and return the world to the average people who just want to live and let live.
International terrorism is wrong no matter who is defining the meaning of terrorism. Those who take the lives, liberty or property of others for their own enrichment can never claim to be the children of God.
