America is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave; it has become the land of the meek and the home of the slave. Private property, once the cornerstone of American freedom has become much less meaningful and is now largely controlled by government planners and unelected bureaucrats that have little concern for citizen's property rights. All private property is subject to annual property taxes that make property owners little more than tenants on property that they bought and paid for with the sweat of their brow. Government has the power to assess taxes on your private property and sell your property at public auction should you fail to pay those annual tax levies for as few as 2 years. Is this the meaning of “pursuit of happiness” outlined by our founders? Most rational people would suggest not! If we can't freely own property we become property……….the property of others; in other words, slaves.
The progressive socialists now running much of our Federal and State governments are increasingly moving their allegiance to the globalist camp that promotes an end to national sovereignty and a shift to UN controlled world government that is run by unelected technocrats who support the Marxist political model and total cradle to grave control of every aspect of our lives under the false flag of sustainability.
The number one target of communist planners and Marxist ideologues has always been the elimination of private property and the sustainability movement is the antithesis of private property protections. Any and every abuse of private property is promoted by sustainability proponents who argue that private property is a chief component of social injustice and must be eliminated for a just, equitable, and sustainable world. This is 100% communist doctrine!!
Regionalism and Councils of Government (COGs) are very effective ways of eliminating elected representative (accountable) government and replacing our constitutional system with a top down, absolute control, appointed technocratic system that is totally unaccountable to the citizens it professes to serve. Rosa Koire is a forensic commercial real estate appraiser specializing in eminent domain 
valuation. A former District Branch Chief for the California Department of Transportation, her twenty-eight year career in litigation support on land use has culminated in exposing the impacts of Sustainable Development on private property rights and individual liberty.
In 2005 she was elected to a citizens' oversight committee in Santa Rosa, Northern California, to review a proposed 1,300 acre redevelopment project in which 10,000 people live and work. Her research into the documents justifying the plans led her, with her partner Kay Tokerud, to challenge the fraudulent basis for the huge Gateways Redevelopment Project. The City, in an attempt to block Koire from exposing the project, removed the neighborhood in which Koire and Tokerud's properties were located from the redevelopment area.
Koire and Tokerud fought on, however, not wanting to abandon the thousands of business and property owners still in the area. They formed a business and property owners association and a non-profit organization (Concerned Citizens of Santa Rosa Against Redevelopment Law Abuse).
Over the course of the legal challenge Koire became aware of the source of the planning revolution she had observed over more than 10 years: UN Agenda 21. Through her research she found that much of the funding to implement local UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development land use programs comes through the diversion of property taxes to redevelopment agencies. Her work in providing information and solutions for communities fighting UN Agenda 21 has spread across the nation as more and more people become aware of the increased restrictions on their property rights, and the methods used to implement social engineering.
